Tom Peck

PT, OCS, Clinic Director

Tom has been a Physical Therapist for over 30 years, working in both northern and southern California. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach. Tom is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Certified Clinical Instructor. He has attended dozens of continuing education courses covering advanced orthopedics, manual therapy techniques and clinic management. Tom enjoys seeing patients achieve their personal goals by regaining lost function. He also enjoys the challenges associated with managing a busy clinic. Tom’s hobbies include spending time with his children, swimming, hiking, boating and camping.

Geeta Nasika

PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Geeta has been practicing Physical Therapy for over 10 years in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. She graduated from India with a Bachelor Degree of Physical Therapy and got her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Medical Sciences in Arizona. She is a certified McKenzie therapist and uses the McKenzie method to treat spinal and extremity related orthopedic conditions. She enjoys working with all populations and emphasizes using exercises, patient education and manual therapy techniques to treat patients. She likes to keep herself updated on the newest evidence-based approaches, taking continuing education and manual therapy courses. In her free time, Geeta likes to spend time with her two kids and doing oil painting.

Nadia Temple


Nadia is a Bay Area native. She is a graduate of UC Berkley and received her Masters of Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University. She has been practicing outpatient physical therapy in the Bay Area for 23 years, and has worked for PRN for 16 years. Her favorite part about being a physical therapist is watching previously fearful and unfit patients become motivated about living healthy and functional lives simply by learning about their own bodies and making a few adjustments. While not working, Nadia is a busy mom to three teenagers who fill her life with sports and music. When she can get some spare time, she likes to plan vacations and travel, cook, exercise, eat, sing, watch PBS, and watch baseball.

Sapna Awale


Sapna is a physical therapist with more than 15 years of experience practicing across the globe. She graduated from Nashik University of Health Sciences, India in February 2002. After completing her internship, she started working in an outpatient and cardiac setting in India for 4 years. In 2008, she moved to the USA and has been working with PRN since 2013. She acquired her DPT (Doctorate of Physical Therapy) from University of Medical Sciences, Arizona in 2017, and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification. Sapna plans to become a sports injury specialist and taking different manual therapy courses, which will help improve her skills. Her hobbies are singing, dancing and spending time with her family.

Sweta Doshi

PT, MPT, Cert. MDT

Sweta has been practicing physical therapy over 11 years in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She graduated from Nashik University of Health Science (India) with Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy followed by a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University (USA). She has taken advanced manual therapy courses from Kaiser Permanente and has obtained a certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie Method). She is currently working towards her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Sweta enjoys working with work-related injuries, sports injuries, repetitive movement injuries, spinal problems and soft tissue injuries. She is a strong believer in an evidence-based approach to physical therapy. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and listening to music.
